Join us for R&B MAT, a high-energy mat Pilates experience led by Cameron, with our female DJ live on the decks bringing the very best R&B sounds.

30 mins social - refreshments

Expect feel-good movement, amazing tunes and an atmosphere that's FUN and anything but your usual Pilates class.

And we're not stopping when the music does.

After class, stick around for a little post-Pilates social, with refreshing juices and wellness shots on us.
